Currently Out of Stock-The XL Single Form has the same cup projection as the Teardop NM and M. You can use the Teardrop and cut away the center connector to create 2, XL single forms that will offer a beautful shape.

For a Single Mastectomy, please email us for sizing assistance before ordering as our bilateral forms may work better for you.

Can be sewn into any garments.

S, L ,XL and 2XL can be worn alone but our bilateral forms may offer more volume.

3XL, 4XL and 5XL can be worn alone or be placed over other forms to fill the concavity and/or to create your own cup size.
