Easy U.S. domestic returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. 

Returns/Exchanges can take up to 10 business days to process after we receive your return. 


As a small, delicate in nature business we appreciate your understanding as we are constantly working

to offer affordable mastectomy items and can only do so by following these guidelines. 


​1. All eligible returns/exchanges must be in NEW and UNUSED CONDITION or they will not be accepted. No exceptions. 

Please use our original poly mailer or similar to return items. 

Additional shipping costs will be charged on anything other than poly mailers, if applicable. 


. All eligible returns cannot be laundered, smell like body cream, perfume, smoke or be stained with makeup, deodorant, etc.

Please double-check before sending items back. 


3. Due to an increase in unacceptable Returned items, a $5.00 Restocking Fee/per item 

will be deducted from your refund if the item is not sent back properly.

Real-time shipping charges (and processing fees for full order returns) are deducted from your refund as these are charges we have already paid. 

If you would like Store Credit instead, you will not lose these restocking fees, shipping charges or processing fees.

4. If you received free shipping and then returned the order/part of the order, real-time USPS shipping costs (initial and return)

will be deducted from your refund, if applicable. 


5. Once the return is processed, a refund excluding all shipping charges (initial and return), restock fee and processing fees, if applicable will be issued on accepted returned merchandise to the original form of payment.

eGift Cards which will be given a store credit.


6. Cancelled orders will be refunded minus our transaction fees, if applicable.


7. CLEARANCE/Final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. 


International Shipping Labels for returns/exchanges cannot be supported through our website

and must be paid for by the customer. 


One free exchange label (U.S. domestic only) is offered per order within 30 days of purchase.

Please click the "Begin Domestic Return or Exchange" box to print out your exchange shipping label.

Please return the NEW and UNUSED items you'd like to exchange with instructions for the exchange.

Exchange options/choices are not offered online.

If that exchange is then returned, all shipping charges (initial, return, exchange, return) for that purchase/exchange

will be deducted from your final refund.

Any other exchanges must be paid for by the customer, please.




All RETURNS must be in NEW condition to be eligible. No exceptions.

If your return weighs over 1 lb. you will be directed to Contact Us to generate the correct Priority Mail return label.

We do not offer exchange choices online.

International orders are sent via USPS First Class Mail International or USPS Priority Mail International with a customs number but uninsured.

Customs charges may apply in your country and we are not responsible for those Customs charges.

Please note the Customs label will state Mastectomy garments or forms. 

Once the package leaves the United States, please note we are not responsible for lost International Mail,

but we will try our best to accommodate you.

To have your International package sent with an alternate, insured service, please email us to make arrangements.
